After Bebe Cool came out and said his PCM combination at A’level is far better than Bobi Wine’s Diploma in Music Dance and Drama he attained from Makerere University, comedian Herbert Mendo commonly known as Teacher Mapmire has also decided to take part in the discussion.
Mpamire who is also a teacher by profession has come out and dared Bebe Cool to present his Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE). In Uganda, students receive the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) when they finish the 2-year upper secondary school which is also called the HSC. It is comparable to GCE A-Level in the UK. UACE is also known colloquially as “A-Level”.
“I have one million shillings if Bebe Cool provides me with a Ugandan Advanced Certificate of Education from Uganda National Examination Board after doing PCM,” he posted.
Bebe Cool has however not retaliated to this bet but he rather responded to one of the comments from his nemesis Bobi Wine on the same post.
Ssegujja has a bachelor of Arts In Education from Kyambogo University and studied comedy performance and writing at the American Comedy Institute courtesy of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
