Nigeria’s Skales in town

Nigerian music star Skales is in the country and will be performing on Sunday evening at the first edition of the Jameson & Friends event at Motiv.

Hosted by Talent Africa, Jameson & Friends will also feature performances from Ugandan fast-rising multi-talented RnB and afro-pop artiste Joshua Baraka who recently released his EP dubbed Watershed alongside DJ Kas Baby, DJ Vee, and DJ Tony.

There will also be games and a live world cup screening on giant screens.

Listed to be a monthly event, this is a lifestyle experience, where friends meet, make new friends enjoy good music, tasty BBQ, and smooth whiskey.

This is however not the first time Skales is performing in Uganda. His debut concert was back then in 2017 at the Silver Springs poolside before headlining the 23rd edition of Blankets and Wine held at Lugogo Cricket Oval in Kampala on August 25, 2019.

His love for Uganda does not stop there, he also has several songs with Ugandan artistes including ‘One by One’ with Cindy, ‘Olina Work’ Rmx, Bomblast with Beenie Gunter), ‘Pon Mi’ Rmx with Beenie Gunter, Roja and SlickStuart as well as ‘You Know Why’ alongside Zulitums.
