The recent crop of female deejays are getting a bashing from both social media and media personalities for their lack of skill. After NBS’ Isaac Kawalya, alias Kayz, saying they need to do more to improve their skills, Shiellah Gashumba retaliated that some deejays should also improve on their dress code but the thread is just continuing as celebrated DJ, Aludah, had also come out not to ridicule but to pass on some advice to burgeoning female deejays.
“Get yourself good mentors. Surround yourself with good people. See what Naselow is doing with Alisha and Esau is doing Lynda Ddane,” he said.
