Why Ray G’s wife quit TV job

Ray G’s wife Annabella Twinomugisha

Mbarara-based singer Ray G’s wife Annabella Twinomugisha was a Television presenter and social media specialist at TV West.

While many thought she had left her job to concentrate on family, a source that preferred anonymity intimated to this reporter that Annabella quit TV West to go and manage her husband’s social media accounts.

With the experience from the station, the couple believed that Annabelle was the best candidate for the job.

“Annabelle left Television to handle Ray G’s social media accounts, you can tell from the way she promotes her husband’s new projects on social media and how fast they have grown since she took charge. I am however not sure how much she is paid for the job,” the source narrated.

Annabella, however, distances herself from the rumour saying she’s not the first person to leave the station and that if she is indeed managing the accounts she’s doing it because she is his fan and not for the money.

“I am not managing my husband’s work, he has a team that handles that, I’m doing my things and am giving my baby time. I’m his fan, if he brings out something new, I will immediately jump on it just like any other fan out there,” Annabella told sQoop via a phone call.

Annabella and Ray G tied the knot in July 2020 and together they have one child. Ray G is famous for songs like ‘Make Away’, ‘Mureebe’, ‘Amarari’, and ‘Omusheshe’ among others.
