Earlier this month, we told you the original Blu*3 were working on an album.
This was after Lillian Mbabazi had teased her twitter followers about a possible reunion.
The artistes Jackie Chandiru, Cindy Sanyu and Mbabazi, after years of different parties trying to negotiate their reunion managed to work things out and apparently they are almost finishing a comeback album.
What we did not tell you though, is a fact that Mbabazi has been working on an independent project as well.
On Tuesday, the artiste took to her twitter account and announced she would be releasing new material for her fans today.
The EP aptly titled ‘The One’ was released early this morning on major platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, Tidal and Amazon Music among others.
But of course, for the core Mbabazi audience, the album was pre-saved on Wednesday and they may have been lucky enough to listen to it the moment it landed at midnight.
This is Mbabazi’s first release in two years.
