Kenyan gospel artiste Evelyn Wanjiru Agundabweni gave birth in April this year and has been engrossed in motherly duties but the urge to step back on stage seems to have have kicked in. We are reliably informed that the singer will be back on stage come September 9 at the Worship Xplosion event.
Because her baby is still in a fragile state, she will fly in with a nanny and her husband for the concert that will also feature Let Them Sing Band, Gabbie Ntaate, Brian Lubega and Sandra Suubi at Kampala Serena Hotel. Wanjiru is behind songs such as Mungu Mkuu, Celebrate, Jehovah Elohim, Waweza, Hossana, Nikufahamu and Tulia, among others.
The show is organized by MasRob Events and it will be a celebration to mark 10 years of existence of the Let Them Sing Band.
