Police in Entebbe has started to investigate a case in which former Miss Uganda UK Lillian Kasule caught her husband, Dr James Kalule cheating on her at St. Louis Hospital in one of the rooms with a nurse called Mercy Kilabira who works at the same hospital.
The police say that the matter was reported after a heated fight at the hospital when Dr Kalule was red handed caught making love to a resident nurse at his hospital in Entebbe.
Sources told this publication that Dr Kalule has been seeing a couple of nurses at his hospital St. Louis Hospital in Entebbe among which is Mercy Kilabira and Alum Mary Rufina and Mercy is said to be four months pregnant with his baby.
“Many times he has been seen either leaving or entering the hospital with that nurse. We have also been informed that she four months pregnant. So this was the last day for the thief,” the source said.

On that day, residents gathered to witness the free drama as the doctor and nurse fled into hiding after a tip off from one of the hospital staff who alerted the wife who swung into the hospital and caught the new couple red handed.
James and Mercy were the culprits on the fateful day when his wife, Miss Uganda UK 2002, Lillian found them making love in the hospital. Apparently, Mercy had been given a room of residence at the hospital where she would stay full time and the doctor would sneak in at any time to see his new lover.
During the scuffle among James, Mercy and the wife Lillian, Entebbe police was called and after a long fight took the couple of Lillian and James to Entebbe police Family unit where it was apparently resolved. Lillian and James have been married for 13 years and own a couple of property including the famous St. Louis Hospital.
