It was 20-years ago today when Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool and Zuena Kirema started their relationship. A union that has been blessed with five children.
Taking to her social media platforms, Zuena displayed her affection for the ‘Love you everyday singer’ describing him as a good husband and the best father of their kids.
“20yrs of loving you. 20yrs of holding your hands. 20yrs of leaning onto each other for support and strength. 20yrs of caring for each other. 20yrs of nurturing each other,” she said. She further said that it has been a long journey but they are still strong and just beginning this journey together. “I appreciate the husband and father you are every day, nothing has changed since day 1 and I pray nothing does. I love you @bebecool_ug

However, this love journey hasn’t been all that merry as Zuena broke up with Bebe Cool in December 2008. The breakup was attributed to misunderstandings between the two.
“We had misunderstandings within the family, just like it is in many other families. I did it to scare him a bit, and I knew I was not going for long. That’s why I only packed a few of my clothes and left with the kids. I did not take anything else. I went to my home in Jinja and stayed there for 8 months. He sang all the songs including ‘Agenze’, and I used to hear them, but I wanted him to feel my absence and to put himself back on the right track,” Zuena said in an interview at Dembe FM in 2018.
Bebe Cool also celebrated their union by posting on his socials saying he is nothing without Zuena.
