Suing lawyer Male Mabiriri “might have forgotten” and filed an injunction stopping himself from perpetually suing other parties, the High Court has said. According to sources in the Registrar’s office, a mysterious suit was lodged shortly after Mabirizi moved to stop Pr Aloysius Bujingo from marrying a new wife.

“We cannot reveal the detail of the affidavit because it has not yet been signed off by the Registrar but it is a plea to the court to permanently stop Mabirizi from suing others,” the source said.

Other sources said they tried to look into who could have lodged the application but all suspicion fell on Mabirizi.
The applicant says to “stop the learned brother from turning the Temple of Justice into a shrine of mockery.”

Speaking to this writer, Mabirizi could neither confirm nor deny the suit, saying simply, “I do so many things that I forget some of them but if true, that one would be the most interesting.”
