After her recent rant on social media and promising never to participate in local awards unless her management is consulted, singer Spice Diana can finally wear a smile after emerging winner in the annual African Entertainment Awards USA (AEAUSA) that were held yesterday.
This is her first international award and she was over the moon with the win, mainly because of her competitors. She overcame Makumi, Zuchu and Tanasha Dona among others as the Best female artiste in East Africa.
“My first International award. Thank you gadgets. Congratulations Best Female Artist East / South / North Africa,” She said.
Spice Diana was however, not the only Ugandan winner in these awards as Eddy Kenzo also continued to fill his trophy cabinet after winning the Best Male Artist in East, South, North Africa at the same awards.
The 7th edition of the annual African Entertainment Awards USA (AEAUSA) were hosted by Nancy E. Isime and Idris Sultan and were held online on the AEAUSA YouTube channel.
