He started deejaying in high school but used to sing as well. He later decided to concentrate on his deejaying career which was later halted by Covid 19. “It was going on well for me as a DJ but when Covid came and entertainment was put on hold, I knew I couldn’t survive well and that is when I knew the time was right to start being serious with making music during the COVID-19 global lockdown in 2020,” he said.

The US-based artiste is now popularly known for songs such as ‘Bantuma’, ‘Kakuba’, and ‘Boss’ among other others. DJ Mavious says he couldn’t be happier with what music has offered him and is now planning on releasing more music.
