The 2021 South African-based African Social Entertainment Awards (ASEA) 2021 have been scheduled for December 10, 2021. The event is set to take place at the Galleria Conference and Event Venue Sandton in South Africa.
Two Ugandan socialites Zari Hassan and Sheila Gashumba have been nominated with three and one nominations respectively.
South Africa-based Zari Hassan shared her nomination news through her social media pages. Through a post asked her close to 9 million Instagram followers to vote for her. Zari leads the nomination haul as she is nominated in three categories; Influencer of the year, Sophisticated woman of the year, and Entrepreneur of the year.
Sheila Gashumba is nominated in the African influencers category where she will battle other African influencers including Zari, Zim Laughter, Zim Finest Lipz, Nelisiwe Siblya, and Hillary Makaya for the gong.
Both have a huge social media presence but who of Zari and Sheila Gashumba is the biggest social media influencer?
