Arguably the king of soul music in Uganda, Maurice Kirya is one of the artistes who left Uganda during the pandemic. He went to Europe to settle with his wife and child but like they say, once you are a musician, you will always be one. The love for music surpassed everything else as the ‘Busabaala’ artiste recorded some songs along the way. Information we received is that Maurice Kirya is working on releasing his sixth album abbreviated as T.R.T.K. T
“I’m very fortunate to have such a gift and talent, and I can’t wait to share more with everyone. “Album Coming Soon,” said Maurice recently.
While he didn’t give more details about this album, it is understood the album was done entirely in Europe.
