On Tuesday evening, Rayvanny officially launched his Next Level Music record label in an event that was attended by his musical peers. Speaking on the event’s sidelines, WCB boss Diamond Platnumz revealed that Rayvanny’s character, and his adherence to the WCB values saw him get the nod to launch his own music stable.
In his speech, Diamond appeared to take a jibe at Harmonize, who ditched the level to launch Konde Worldwide. According to Diamond, Rayvanny has exhibited humility through his time at WCB, and his urge to help new musicians is genuine.
He noted that Rayvanny has no capability of starting a beef to stay on top.
“Ukuaji wa Wasafi ina baraka ndani yake, ndio kitu ako nacho Ray…hakuwa anataka kutumiwa nafasi yake kuwadharau watu. Alionyesha misingi sahihi …Naamini sana Mungu atampea baraka kubwa sana, usipopata baraka za watu ulikuwa unaofanya nao kazi vitu zako zinaweza kuwa,” said Diamond. Simply meaning that his growth has been a blessing to wasafi, he showed the right principles and I strongly believe God will give him a blessings on his new journey, if you don’t get the blessings of the people you were working with your things might be tough along the way.
During the launch, Diamond and Rayvanny refused to reveal how the revenue sharing platform will work between the two record labels. With the launch, the bongo scene is expecting Vanny Boy to unveil his new artiste.
Earlier Rayvanny revealed that his boss has had thoughts of the former ditching him after his label is well established.
