#RadioMoment: The world celebrates late Radio Mowzey’s Birthday

Yesterday, 25th January, the late Radio Mowzey would have been celebrating his 36th birthday, but unfortunately, death robbed the industry of one of the greatest musicians, vocalists, and songwriters of all time.

Even in his death, many continues to celebrate his life and the beautiful legacy he left behind through his great music.

In addition to his music being played on all radios and TV stations as a remembrance, artistes went a step ahead to acknowledge the legend.

Through a hashtag dubbed ‘Radio Moment‘, several artists recorded themselves jamming to Goodlyfe songs, specifically Radio’s verses to celebrate his lyrical maturity.

MTV Base sent heartwarming wishes to the fallen legend, they posted, “We still celebrate you today, and yes your legacy stays to live on Forever. You will always be with us.

#RadioMOMENT Happy Posthumous Birthday!!! #Radio of  @RadioandWeasel.”

His baby mama Lillian Mbabazi penned down an emotional birthday message revealing how missing Radio has become a part of his life and how his music always comforts her.

“Only @RadioandWeasel Music tonight!!!! Happy birthday Papa Asante…  I am blessed that I can still hear your voice every day through your music. Missing you is a norm, she posted.

Levixone also posted and sung one of his songs to celebrate the legend’s life, “Happy birthday King @RadioandWeasel ..your music is a masterpiece #RadioMoment.”
