Deejay Roja and SlickStuart have been having their annual mixed tape party around the same time and come Friday, the Multipurpose Hall, UMA showgrounds will be hosting the sixth edition.
The deejay duo during their press conference yesterday at the venue promised that this is going to be their biggest mixtape ever going by the venue, the sponsors and the preparation behind it all.
Just this year, the Slick Stuart and Roja have managed to remain relevant thanks to songs ‘Sunday’ in which they feature Toniks and ‘My baby Nyimbiramu’ alongside Daddy Andre and Bebe Cool. To make the party more interesting, the above mentioned artistes. The Uganda Waragi sponsored event will also have performances from Winnie Nwagi, Exodus, Levixone, Fefe Busi and Big Tril among others. There will also be deejays and mcees Dash, Selector Jay, Crysto Panda and Mercy Pro to support the duo.
“This is an experience that you cannot dare miss because we have so much in store. We have been rehearsing for the past couple of weeks and our performance Friday evening will prove what we have in stock. The production is going to be on top, we have surprise guests from MTV base and so many other experiences during the evening,” said Deejay Roja.
“We changed the venue to UMA Multipurpose Hall this year to comfortably accommodate the growing number of fans who complained last year that Golfcourse was small.” said SlickStuart.
