Rema throws herself introduction shower worth millions

Singer Rema Namakula has yet again set the bar high when she came up with her own idea of an “introduction shower’”, something that has not been done before in Uganda.

Usually, a bridal shower is organized for a woman who about to be married but Rema has chosen to set the trend and threw herself a party she dubbed “introduction shower” to celebrate her before she officially introduced her fiancé Hamza Sebunya in an introduction ceremony slated for 14th November 2019.

The event that was only attended by her close friends proved to her fans that her extravagant ‘kukyala’ ceremony was just a sample of what was to befall them on the day of the introduction ceremony.

However, many argue that she has come up with her own idea of an introduction shower because her religion does not give room for the commonly held bridal showers.

The two love birds, Rema and Ssebunya came into the limelight when photos of the two leaked before their Kukyala ceremony. Despite the public criticism, the couple went ahead with their marriage plans and held their ‘Kukyala’ ceremony on Independence Day this year.

Rema had been dating BET award winner, Eddy Kenzo for over three years before they called it quits. Kenzo and Rema have one child together.
