I am the maker of Bobi Wine – Bebe Cool

A lot has been going on since honorable Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine who is also a musician joined politics, created a movement called People Power and announced that he would be running for president come 2021.

This triggered a lot of arguments, disagreements and chaos between the supporters of the current president of Uganda, His Excellence president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and those behind Bobi Wine.

Amidst this entire situation, there has been increased exchange of words between Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool also a musician and supporter of the current government and current People Power leader honorable Kyagulanyi.

Earlier today, while appearing on NBS TV, on local Ugandan television while discussing the current situation in politics, Bebe Cool came out and claimed that he made Bobi Wine and is also the creator of the famous firebase crew, “I created Fire Base Crew to fight musician Joseph Mayanja also known as Chameleone. I am the maker of Bobiwine in the music industry.”

Bebecool explains that he grew up in two ghettos in Uganda, Kamwokya and Kanyanya. This is where he lived while growing up dealing with various hardships in life and witchcraft inclusive.

He adds that firebase came up when Jose Chameleone had just left Nairobi after having a hit song and a new car.

“There was a concert that Bobiwine was part of here in Uganda. When he was on stage, Chameleone came in the middle of the audience with his new car and stole all the attention from him,” says Bebecool. He continues to say that Bobi Wine left stage crying and went straight to his home asking how Chameleone could do this to him; this is how the entire firebase crew was created.

Bebecool also says that the fact that he doesn’t act like a ghetto child doesn’t mean that he had a very smooth life while growing up; “I grew up with a single mother and battled all kinds of challenges. I being honorable Bidandi Ssali’s son does not mean he fathered me.”
