Swangz Avenue musician Winnie Nwagi has finally succumbed to pressure and cleared her house help’s bills accrued from the time she allegedly clobbered her.
Scovia Nalwoga alleged that Winnie Nwagi beat her up a few weeks back after she took her water bottle without her consent.
The house help has since been bedridden.
Winnie today took the responsibility and paid the hospital bills amounting to Shs240,000. She also compensated her with shs800,000 and another shs100,000 for her transportation back to her village.
The money was delivered to Scovia by Winnie’s manager known as Gonzaga. We have however been told that this money has not directly come from the artiste but from her record label.
This was after the public criticized the ‘Matala’ artiste for being violent.
