Ugandan Dancers set for a show in Amsterdam

It has been a while since fans last saw Dancer Abdul Kinyenya alias Abdanger on stage but finally, he will be parading his skills in Netherlands alongside Dancers Faizal Damba (Mostrixx) and Lillian Maximillian Nabaggala.

The trios are self-established dancers who have created a couple of Dance pieces that include Kakalabanda, Nambi, Abasezi under their outfit called Batalo East dance organization

The three are in Netherlands on a performance tour featuring in a dance piece dubbed ‘Symphony of Now’, which is directed by Dutch dance director Hildegard Draaijer.

‘Symphony of Now’ is a dance performance about the Dutch and Ugandan Techno music scene and the Power of Techno where the dance floor becomes the place for people to experience unity and express themselves.

With music by Faizal Damba and Tom Van Wee, the choreographers show the transcendent powers that dancing to techno releases and make the connection between dance and spiritual experiences.

Dancer Abdul Kinyenya notes that the piece will also be performed in Uganda.
