Today Uganda is celebrating its 57th year of independence and as official celebrations are going on in Sironko, lots of people and companies have gone on to wish the country a happy Independence Day. However, what caught most people’s attention especially soccer fans was the message that was sent out to Uganda from FC Bayern Munich on all their social media platforms wishing Uganda and their fans a happy Independence Day. In a brief post, they posted, Happy Independence Day to all our fans in Uganda ??. They went on to say Thank you for all of your kind words! It’s amazing to see such incredible support coming from ??, as usual!
FC Bayern Munich fans and Ugandans got excited by the wishes and showed their gratitude in the comment section with comments like;
