The 3rd edition of Lucky’s groove back is happening tomorrow at MTN Arena and Golola Moses alongside Patricia Apolot are going to be guest trainers at this particular edition.

Golola Moses who a few months ago defeated Umar Sematta couldn’t hide his excitement at this opportunity called upon the general public to come and be part of this training session.

“You spend a lot of money getting treatment in hospitals yet you can spend less by being fit and preventing certain diseases. With Lucky’s Groove back, there is an opportunity to remove all the dangerous toxins in the body which could be harmful. Personally, I’m going to ensure that people get the best training in kickboxing,” said Moses Golola at a press conference that was held earlier today at the MTN arena.

Still at this conference, Lucky Mbabazi, the pioneer and host of the program said she was impressed with the response the programme has received so far. “The way Lucky’s Groove Back has been received is amazing, it’s so motivating to see that people now appreciate physical fitness more and are willing to take better care of their bodies. From the two editions we have had, I can proudly say that the impact has been felt and I just can’t wait for this 3rd edition,” she said.

Participants will be treated to different fun-filled work out sessions conducted by the best instructors in the country.  People will have the best of Zumba, aerobics, yoga among others.
