Socialite Zari Hassan also known as The Boss Lady landed in the country last evening ahead of the Miss Uganda Finale that will take place tonight at the Kampala Sheraton Hotel. Sqoop caught up with her on a few questions and unlike most of the times where she ignores questions from the media, she was open and answered eloquently.
So you and Diamond are in the country, what does it mean to the both of you?
I don’t see a big deal there. We are both adults who we are passed our relationship and I think he is here for work, I am also here for work and nothing can stop any of us from concentrating on what we are here to do.
Are you two in touch since you have children together?
We (my children and I) last saw that man nine months ago and if he claims he comes and sees the children, let him prove it because I am the one with the children all the time. It is up to him to take care of the children, good enough I am blessed that I can take care of my children financially and emotionally.
What if he apologises, would you take him back?
I am now married to another person so I can’t take him back but if he wants to come and see the children, I am fine with that.
You recently got engaged and you are already traveling, leaving your man alone, is he okay with it?
My man knows I am here and I travel a lot so he doesn’t have a problem with me moving especially when I am going for work and right now we don’t have any issues.
Diamond was snatched, don’t you fear he will be snatched if you leave him alone?
A man is never snatched by another woman, a man only goes when he wants to and nothing can be done about that. Diamond went because he wanted, I wouldn’t say he was snatched from me.
Who is the special man you are engaged to?
I would rather not disclose his name for now but he is coming very soon to visit my parents, I will surely introduce him officially to the public soon.
