Stecia Mayanja in critical condition after losing 7-month-old pregnancy

Celebrated local musician, Hajjati Faridah Stecia Mayanja who now sings with Haruna Mubiru’s Kream Production lost her baby last week.

According to reports by Bukedde online Newspaper, Stecia who was seven months pregnant was rushed to Nakasero Hospital on Tuesday in a critical condition after complaining of severe stomach and back pain.

Tina Lubega reportedly said on Wednesday when the doctors saw that her condition was worsening, they decided to operate her. However, the baby was found dead and they had to bury the body on the same day in Iganga district.

In the phone conversation, Lubega shared that the musician is still in a critical condition and urged her fans to continue praying for her health.

Another friend of hers who preferred not to be mentioned hinted that the unfortunate situation could have been caused by a fall she suffered on stage while performing at a concert in Mubende sometime back. She adds that since then, the musician started complaining of back pain.

Also, last month during the Kukyala ceremony of a one, Jamirah Nampeera the Kantiti hitmaker who was invited to entertain the guests showed up but apologized saying she could not perform because of backache. She remained sitting for the entire ceremony.

Stecia was going to have her fourth child with a new lover, Bashir Bogere who she got in a relationship with after separating from Ex-husband Abaasi Mubiru over misunderstandings.

While Stecia is a musician with Kream Production, Bogere is one of the managers of the musical group. Quick recovery to you Stecia.
