Jamaican singer Mr Vegas has said that he will campaign for Kyadondo East Member of Parliament Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine in the 2021 presidential elections.
Bobi Wine met Mr Vegas recently and he must have made a mark to win the Bruck It Down hitmaker’s loyalty.
“I will come and campaign for you when you are ready bro! Africa Stand Up! This is the future! I met this man!” Mr Vegas tweeted recently.
He also commended Bobi Wine for taking the bold step to engage in politics even though his music career was still doing well.
“He could have stuck to his music & watch our people suffering continue. The sacrifice is real,” read the last part of Mr Vegas’ tweet.
On January 31 Bobi Wine has confirmed he will be running for president, come 2021.
