Ugandan rapper Daniel Lubwama Kigozi’s fans have congratulated him for writing ‘good Luganda’ and fathering a child who ‘resembles US president Donald Trump.’
Navio as he’s popularly known took to social media on Sunday to welcome his second child.
Mathilda Nassimbwa gave birth to the 35-year-old rapper’s second child on Saturday.
“Esanyu ly’omwana linzita!!! Welcome to the world!!” the ‘Njogereza’ singer posted on his Facebook wall alongside a photo of him holding the baby.
However, some of the fans commended the rapper who’s known not to be so fluent in Luganda for writing the popular local dialect well.
Victor Oling wrote “Congs. After singing in luganda, now you speak luganda. Kulika omwana…..nange ngenda kuyiga luganda….”
Another fan joked saying the baby resembles US president Donald Trump.
“Congs naye nga afanana Trump (Congratulations. The child resembles Trump ),” one William Arineitwe commented.
