Judith Heard and Anne Kansiime to star in dance show

Anne Kansiime, Judith Heard

She has graced a number of magazine pages, while the other has made appearances around the world thanks to her humorous self.

Yet both Judith Heard and Anne Kansiime alongside songstress Rachel Kiwanuka, radio personalities Deddan Muyira and Malaika Nnyanzi, basketball star Flavia Oketcho, and Umuringa will be staging a dance show.

Aptly titled I am a Female, the production organised by dance trio RVC is looking at addressing issues that affect women in Uganda and across the globe.

Made up of Roz, Viccy, and Cathy, RVC is one of Uganda’s most recognisable female dance crews having offered their skill to acts such as Konshens, Bebe Cool, Sheebah, Voltage Music and A Pass among others.

On March 5 though, they will be joining the team of strong women to stage a dance show that will capitalise on different strength of their diverse cast to spread different messages.

During a press conference at Sheraton Hotel, Viccy noted that the production that will be staged at the National Theatre will have Kansiime do her comedy but through dance and other people too will showcase their talents but still, through dance.

The show will take place on 5 March as part of the celebration of womanhood. Tickets go for shs50,000.
