The family of a member of the clergy in Sembabule District who was arrested on suspicion of cattle theft has cried out over his continued detention.
Reverend Richard Ampurire Richard Rwakishaija who is attached to Kahanda church of Uganda in Sembabule district has been held at Kiruhura Police Station for a month. His wife Winnie Kansiime says he was first arrested in July 2018 after being suspected of stealing two cows.
