What started small has quickly become a big deal in the entertainment industry. Last week Bebe Cool promised to release footage of a number of artistes who got money from President Museveni. His argument was that the same artistes are constantly abusing President Museveni. He gave them 24 hours to publicly admit receipt of the money but none came out.
Seeing that no one had cowed to his threats, he outed the first of many videos. The video (whose audio was muted) released shows singer Dr Hilderman signing for money at Serena Hotel. Dr Hilderman is now a vocal supporter of Bobi Wine and even featured in the singer-turned-politician’s song Tuliyambala Engule.
