Living single. Mc Mason real name George Rumanyika, is a voice over artist, music producer and a radio personality working with Hot 100. Being a celebrity, Mason would ideally be having not less than three kids and more than two women possibly but surprisingly, he is still single and comfortable writes Isaac Ssejjombwe.
Why radio of all careers?
Well radio is not something I saw myself do, I just picked interest in it when I started listening to some Jamaican dance hall show. I remember it was called the 360 degrees of dance hall with Robbo Ranx. I loved what the guy was doing. When at some point I picked up interest, I started practicing on my own until an amazing person gave me the opportunity, right now I love radio because it has helped me discover so much in me.
What would you choose between TV and radio?
I would still choose radio after all I do not like being in front of a camera. I started doing radio in 2014 after making a move at Hot100 and thank God a guy called Nello gave me the opportunity of recording a demo and boom, the manager like it and that is how I got called in.
Who is your inspiration on radio?
I cannot pick out one single presenter or Dj. I am inspired by everyone who is killing it and doing amazing things on radio.
Which female presenter do you adore and why?
Honestly, I do not have any, but, however, I do have females who kill it for me every time I listen to them.
Presenters like who?
There are so many good female presenters doing great things. Some of them are my friends and some are not, so picking one particular person would put me in an awkward situation.
Are you in a relationship?
I am a comfortable single man with a dream of finding a lady who is my type someday. I have seen a couple of them but I have not yet met the right one, so help me God.
So who is your ideal woman?
She has to be kind, smart, God fearing, honest, intelligent and clean.
What would you do on a first date?
To be honest I do not go out on dates, but I think I would enjoy a long and light chat with my date. I love chatting with people who have a quirky sense of humour.
What would you do if you invited a girl for a date and she came along with a friend?
I have heard that men actually have an issue with this kind of thing. Personally, I think that this is being petty. If I am able to afford two of them why not host them? This for me is even an opportunity to get to know the person I am interest in better since they would be more relaxed with someone they know well around. I would ignore the imposition and concentrate on the person I am interested in.
What two memorable things have you done for a woman that you will never forget?
Well honestly nothing yet because the only most memorable thing I would ever wish to do for a woman is to give her a home of her own. No apartment nothing, her personal home which would be our home.
