Eddy Kenzo is going to be celebrating 10 years in the music industry with a mega show slated for January 14 at Kampala Serena hotel.

The anniversary comes at a time when Eddy Kenzo is undeniably one of Uganda’s top artistes, and continues to promote Uganda and East Africa at an International level.

He was the first East African to win a BET award and among the few Ugandan artistes who have managed to fill up stadiums in other African countries.

It was a decade ago that Eddy Kenzo became evident after his breakthrough song “Yanimba” in 2008 featuring Mikie Wine and “Stamina”.

Six years later (2014), Kenzo became an Airtel Uganda ambassador and over this period, Kenzo has gone on to achieve many milestones, including winning a BET award.

Eddy Kenzo has become a staple in Uganda’s songbook with popular songs like Stamina, Sitya Loss, Jubilation, Mbilo Mbilo, Nice and Lovely and Pull Up among others.
