By now, everyone would expect Sheeba to hold a concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval or Serena Hotel. But the musician is still having her concert at Hotel Africana, the same venue she her last concert two years back.

During her press conference earlier today, the musician said that she always wants to work with a winning team and with Africana having sold out in 2016, she thought it wise to have her ‘Omwoyo concert’ at the same venue on the 30th of this month, courtesy of KT promotions.

It should be remembered that Africana a few years back was stopped from holding concerts and Sheeba was among the last artistes to have a show at the venue but according to Eddie Sendi on behalf of KT promotions, they reached an agreement with the hotel to have the show there. “We wrote to the venue, showed them that everything is in order concerning security, organization and everything else. They had no reason to stop us from having the concert,” he said.

Sheeba Karungi on the other hand said that she has been working hard for this moment and no one should dare miss it.

“I didn’t have a concert last year because I was gathering material. I want my fans to leave Africana contented. I will be performing for more than two hours, so miss at your own risk,” Sheeba said.

This is going to be Sheeba’s second big concert in her career. Entrance to the show is going to be 20k and 50k VIP.
