Local comedian Lumu Ssempala popularly known as King Kong has passed on this morning. It is said that King Kong’s death came as a result of headache when he started complaining last night. According to sources, the comedian didn’t take it serious until it he realized that the headache was not about to stop.

It was when that the comedian visited the nearest clinic in his neighborhood in Kalerwe and was granted a bed rest but unfortunately he died in his sleep.
If you have been following King Kong close, you must notice that he lost one eye and this was in 2015 when he was involved in a nasty accident after a night that he had a lot to drink. After the accident, King Kong went into coma for about two weeks but came out alive but only lost his left eye that he has been covering since then.

The comedian will be remembered for performances at different comedy shows in and around Kampala. He also had a YouTube channel where he recorded funny video shoots of him dancing and uploaded. The videos have made King Kong’s YouTube one of the top channels in Uganda earning him $8000 every month.

Rest in peace bro!
