Styling Tracksuits: There is nothing probably as comfortable as tracksuits and gone are the days when this fashion item was reserved only for the gym and pitch. Here are ways you can rock this outfit and stand out.

I am a firm believer in always putting comfort first when choosing what to wear. I mean, if you cannot be comfortable in it, how are you supposed to look good in it?
Speaking of comfort, tracksuits are possibly the most comfortable item you can wear. This athletic set can be worn off the pitch and can actually make quite the street style fashion statement, when worn with the right accessories. And how do you achieve that?
Track suits for the ladies
You can decide to go athleisure, when trying out this look. That means you can wear your tracks with a pair of sneakers, add some funky jewellery, and a backpack to complete. You can even decide to break your tracksuit look by ditching the matching jacket and replacing it with a denim one. Keep track pants on and add some fun jewellery to complete.
You can also decide to do away with the bottoms, and instead add your tracksuit jacket to your little denim skirt and body suit look. Spice things up with this one by adding a pair of boots or heels to complete.
For the guys
This is possibly the easiest outfit for any man to pull off. All you need is a tracksuit set that fits well, with the colour that you can pull off and you are good to go. The most obvious way to wear your tracks is with sneakers and a baseball cap for the accessories. You can add an under shirt, possibly in a neutral colour so that all the attention is on your tracksuit.
Alternatively, you can wear your tracksuit with a pair of designer slide sandals. This works well if you are looking at having a more comfortable and laid back look. Keep your sandals neutral or detailed, depending on how busy your tracksuit is.
The broken look is also another way to wear your tracks. Lose the jacket, keep the bottoms, and add a slogan tee and some sunglasses for a great final look.
The don’ts: No dress shoes for this look! Also, never show up to a business meeting in your tracks. It does not matter how expensive or how heavy the designer tag on them is.
