Cameron Gitawo who is known for being a member of a money spending group TMT is back in the news and this time in sports business.
To announce his return, Gitawo last week invested heavily in a weightlifting event that took place at Kabira Country Club and from what we hear, he is working with Roy Mubiru, a reknowned power lifter based in South Africa.
Apparently Mubiru, under his company RM, together with Gitawo spent more than Shs20m in cash prizes and medals for winners in last weekend’s powerlifting event.
After the event, rumours started going around that Mubiru was on a mission to meet actor Arnold Schwarzenegger. And according to sources, the meeting between Mubiru and Schwarzenegger will be to discuss the possibility of him coming to Uganda sometime this year to grace a body building event. Eh!
