Police say Mathias Kasambu who was reportedly driving the car was arrested and is being held at Kabalagala Police Station.
Eye witnesses blamed the accident on the driver of White’s car.
Relatives opened up a case at Kabalagala Police Station where the Range Rover spot which reportedly caused the accident and the motorcycle were impounded.
“He was driving a range rover, He will be arraigned in court and charged with reckless driving causing death, as soon as investigations are complete,” said Kampala Metropolitan spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigire.
