DJ Khaled gives son Shs250m gold watch as birthday present

In Uganda, we buy dolls, toy cars and sweets in celebration of our children’s first birthday party but not in the US, especially when it has to do with DJ Khaled’s son Asahd who just made one year a few days ago.

To celebrate this milestone, the American Record producer, radio personality and DJ Khaled Mohammed threw a birthday bash for his son, which was all good. It’s the present he was given that has left us scratching our heads.

Khaled gifted his son with a gold watch worth Shs250m. This is enough money to build a decent house, start a business and have some left over, in Uganda but it’s all in a watch that he won’t even be wearing until many years later.

The Franck Muller model in rose gold watch with Asahd’s name and birth date engraved on the back, was presented to him during a birthday bash which was organised at the IV nightclub at Fountainebleu in Miami.
The party took place during the day, with A-list celebrities like Diddy and Nicole Tuck, among others and to make it even more memorable, Khaled and Diddy sang for the birthday boy as other friends and family members joined in.
Already, Asahd has over one million followers on Instagram and snapchart and has friends like Rihanna, Drake, Justin Bieber and French Montana among others.
