Yasigi Beer Gardens is the place to be this evening and tomorrow for the Jaguza Film Festival. This is also going to be one way of discovering Israel through love stories, documentaries, horror, thrillers and feminist comedies. Six films have been selected for two days. There will be refreshments served at the screening and entrance to the event is free.

He who finds a wife, finds a good thing. That is a famous saying and if you are a woman looking to find out how to equip yourself, Kampala Serena Hotel is the place to be tomorrow from 8am till 4pm. This is a women-only event so all kinds of women are welcome. It’s a free event for all.

Grand opening
The grand opening of Sky Beach Lounge is happening tonight at Freedom City rooftop from 6pm till late. DJ Roja and Slick Stuart will be mixing the jams while Cindy and Geosteady will perform. The event will be hosted by Andrew Kyamagero and it is a red carpet VVIP affair. Those without invites but are interested will pay 20k.
Krump Ug Championship battles @ National Theatre
Krump clothing presents the 4th Krump Ug Championship battles tomorrow at National Theatre. This is going to be an All-star battle involving kids 1 on 1, 2 on 2 battles, 7 to smoke and new dance face. The event will start at 3pm till 9pm and entrance is 7k only.

Heard Silence @ National Theatre
Katochi poets present Heard Silence, a music dance, drama and poetry this evening from 4pm to 8pm at National Theatre. The play is happening in the auditorium and it is dubbed the ‘a classic reborn’. Entry fee is 10k and this is one play not worth missing.
Akajegere @ Bat valley Theatre
D’Xpendeboz presents a play titled ‘Akajegere’ (The stiff chain) this weekend (Saturday and as Sunday) for two shows 3pm and 7pm at Bat Valley Theatre. Come watch over 10 actors on one stage for an educative and entertaining play for only 20k.
Akasoddookiyo @ Theater Labonita
Performing for one show only, this evening and tomorrow at 7pm at Theatre Labonita, the Ebonies will be staging their new show ‘Akasoddookiyo’ with entry fee at 25k First Class & VIP 30k. To make it special, this is also going to be an offer for holiday makers, who will part with only 10k.
