Fashion tip: Chelsea boots

Chelsea boots: Ninety per cent of the ladies will agree that a pair of shoes says a lot about a man. Yes, somehow the first thing we will notice on a man is his shoes, so here is your chance to make a statement.

When asked what always creates a lasting impression the first time I meet a guy, there will be three things; his looks, his scent and his shoes! Crazy, right?
Well, I do equate my interest in a man’s shoes to the same interest a guy always has in a woman’s back side the first time he sees her.

And to date, the Chelsea boots are possibly one of my favourite men’s shoes. It is too bad I have not seen a lot of Ugandan men in these. That is the purpose of this piece, right? To let you in on what is trending.
Chelsea boots have both a formal and casual vibe, which means they are the kind of footwear you would easily carry on from the office to the night out with the boys. These boots have a masculine, but very sexy vibe to them, which makes them a must have.
For a casual vibe, you can pair your Chelsea boots with a pair of rugged skinny jeans and a button down shirt. Or you can add them to your monotone look to add some colour and fun to the look. You can also have these boots on your well-fitted suit, with a button down shirt and no tie. With this look, you can hit the red carpet or have a solid date night look put together. These boots come in various shades. When it comes to shade choices, your basic three colours of choice could be caramel, grey and black. These are versatile and will easily blend in with majority of the pieces in your wardrobe.
