MC Talha could be a new face to many but he’s definitely been around the entertainment circles for a while, over five years now, presenting a weekend entertainment programme on UBC TV and hosting a few events here and there including the Buzz Leavers’ Rock and Buzz Teeniez Awards.

And because he’s so familiar with the youth who make up the largest number of his fans, MC Talha decided to give his fans an early Christmas yesterday by slaughtering and serving them a whole goat at his yet-to-be-completed house.

He did this in the calibre of being a Fly ambassador and most of the invited guests were from that initiative.

“I understand Christmas is a time of giving and I’ve decided to give my fans an early Xmas and they really enjoyed themselves,” he said.

Fly is a youth campaign that prevents youths from consuming tobacco including items like cigarettes and shisha. The campaign does this by inspiring them to engage in improving their talents like singing, dancing and others.

The initiative recently had a show in August to promote the campaign.
