Milege World Music Festival @ Botanical Gardens
Starting this evening until Sunday, Botanical Gardens in Entebbe will be the venue for this year’s annual Milege concert featuring Maddox Sematimba and Rachael Magoola. Entrance is 50k for the entire event and 20k daily. Shows will kick off from 4pm till late.
Rising Star Awards @ Imperial Royal Hotel
This evening, all the action will take place at Imperial Royale Hotel where the Rising Star Awards will take place starting at 6pm. It will be a red carpet event and dress code is smart. Entrance is 50k, 75k and 100k.
King of the Turntables
@ The square
Kenyan DJ Hyptonic is the guest star tomorrow at the King of Turntables Season 2, hosted by DJ Aludah at The Square starting at 7pm. Other DJs to play during the night include Crisio and Konk Mukiga. Entrance is 15k.
Kampala Beer Festival @ Kyadondo Rugby Club
The music will be louder, the beers chilled and the crowd even bigger. All you need is a colourful outfit at the third Kampala Beer Festival at Kyadondo Rugby Grounds, starting from midday to midnight with Kenya’s DJ Kalonje as the headliner. Every ticket purchased at 20k comes with a complementary beer.
PRAU Awards & Gala Dinner @ Golf Course Hotel
The PRAU Excellence Awards that promote and recognise professional excellence in public relations, communications and reputation management in the public and private sectors and on tonight. The 6th time offers 13 categories of awards at Golf Course Hotel. Event starts at 6pm till 11pm. Students pay 50k, members 100k and non-members 150k. Dress code is black tie.
Fort Glow party @ Mountains of the moon hotel
Artistes Cindy, Geosteady and Beenie Gunter will entertain the crowd as well as other artistes from Fort Portal and surrounding areas for the Fort Glow Party from 5pm till dawn tomorrow for 5k and 10k VIP. The event theme is glow and paint rave and dress code is bright colours.

Five year anniversary of club Amnesia
It is five years since club Amnesia opened its doors to the general public and for the milestone, the management has decided to throw a bash at the club tonight with Ziza Bafana and Winnie Nwagi as the key artistes. There will be plenty of eats and drinks on the house and entrance is free.
Back to Basics ‘Grown and Sexy’ edition @ Zone 7
The back to basics night is back with your favourite flash back hits all night long at Zone 7 tonight themed ‘Grown and Sexy Affair” featuring DJs Pita, Boni, Selector Jay, BK and Val. Kampala Documentary Film Festival @ National Theatre
The Kampala international documentary film festival is going to be an annual event that aims to showcases Ugandan, African and international documentary films. This is the only forum in Uganda that is going to be solely dedicated to Ugandan and international documentary films and it is taking place tonight at National Theatre. Entrance is free.
