Maxi Priest @ Lugogo cricket Oval
Legendary musician Maxi Priest together with Jackiem Joyner and Lin Rountree are in Uganda for the annual Nile Gold Jazz safari concert. They will be performing alongside Jazz-funk and lovers rock. Show starts at 6pm and Gold tickets go for 130k, Platinum goes for 250k and VIP tables are 2.5m.
Tula kumukeka with Afrigo and Madoxx @ Uganda Museum
For the first time, music legends Afrigo band and Maddox Ssematimba will share the same stage this Sunday at Uganda Museum during the first edition of ‘Tula kumukeka’ event. The artistes will sing their old time songs as well as the people’s favourites. To be part of this experience, you will pay 50k.

Lone Battle @ National Theatre
Edwin Mukalazi will tonight have his one man show dubbed ‘The Lone battle’ at National Theatre. This is going to be a hip hop comedy show. Show will start at 7:30pm and entry fee is Shs30,000 general and Shs10,000 for students. Mukalazi will be escorted by other surprise comedians.

Ekiwulo kya’basoga @ Hotel Africana
The place to be for all Basoga and friends this evening is Hotel Africana for the annual Ekiwulo kya Basoga Ne Mikwano event that will start at 7pm. Come interact, socialise and be entertained by surprise acts. Entrance is 100k for individuals and Shs1m for a table.

Gravity in concert @ Freedom city
This Sunday, Gravity Omutujju will be live in a concert dubbed ‘Money’ at Freedom City with artistes such as King Saha, Bobi Wine, David Lutalo, Catherine Kusasira, Pallaso and others supporting him. The show will start at 8pm and entry fee is 10k ordinary and 50k VIP.

A Ka Dope First Friday is a monthly event that happens every first Friday of the month and was born out of the need to give less conventional but thoroughly talented artists a platform to showcase their thing. Come have A Ka Dope Time, Dope Rap. Dope Song. Dope Spoken Word and Dope Poetry for free tonight.

The ‘First Edition’ of the Kebab Night is happening tonight at Dhaba restaurant where delicious mouthwatering kebabs and Tikkas will be served. Premier of colour of life @ National Theatre
Next Wednesday, National Theatre will host the premier of ‘Color of life’ play at National Theatre. Music will be played by Pink Floyd and African drums as well as Maurice Ravel. Entry fee is 20k while students and children pay 10k and tickets are on sale at the box office.

‘Waguan Boston kyabise’ @ Theatre Labonita
The Ebonies are back at Theatre Labonita this weekend with three shows tonight, tomorrow and on Sunday at 7pm. The group has been in the US and this is going to be the first time to stage the play at Labonita. Entrance is 25k, and 30k upstairs.
