“WizKid has had a big impact on my career and he’s one artiste I love listening to when I’m in my free time. I’m so honored to be on the line-up of artistes who are going to be performing alongside him and hope I also get a chance to do a song with him,” said Winnie Nwagi at a press conference earlier today.

The last time WizKid was in Uganda, he put up an emphatic performance that left Ugandans yearning for more including Winnie Nwagi who by that time had no idea she would ever become a force to reckon with in the music industry.

But because of the impression he left on Ugandans, StarTimes have teamed up with Face TV  to bring the Nigerian superstar back to Uganda for a concert slated to take place at Lugogo Cricket Oval come December 3.

“We have decided to bring WizKid, a multi award winning artiste to Uganda for our celebration of being active for six years and because Nigerian music has influenced Ugandans in so many ways,” said Aldrine Nsubuga, the vice president of StarTimes Uganda.

Entrance to the show is Shs30,000 and Shs100,000 VIP with other artistes such as Chameleone and Navio also on the line-up list.
