The duo is expected in Court on July 12
The music duo of Radio and Weasal have not done any of the things Jeff Kiwa asked told them do recently, which included making a public apology through their Facebook page, and writing an apology letter in a main stream newspaper by June 20th. And since the deadline has passed, Kiwa through his lawyers Muwema & Co Advocates has decided to take Radio and Weasel to the courts of law, with the first hearing set for July 12th.

A letter was sent to the singing duo about the court appearance last evening although they have not yet replied. Should the two parties agree to settle this out of court and save time and money, the proceedings will likely be private.
That said however, the court proceedings’ are none of the duo’s worries as they are apparently in Kenya where they travelled for some musical performances. The information coming in from Kenyatta’s country is that they are going to be chatting with their fans courtesy of Coke Studio tomorrow evening from 8pm till 9pm online, on Coke Studio Africa’s Twitter handle and Facebook pages in a question and answer session. They are expected to answer questions from their fans on their private lives and music career.
