For a meeting that lasted for over two hours, a lot was shared between Bobi Wine and Kizza Besigye but the main issue at hand was that the FDC bosses should forgive the artistes who participated in ‘Tubonga nawe’ project. “During our time together, we talked about a wide range of issues. I brought up the issue of the campaign FDC announced yesterday to boycott my fellow artists that supported NRM in the recent election.
The leader listened to me as I tried to explain my concern that this could create disharmony among us. What I wish for us is a
united Uganda where people can stand for justice while being tolerant and supporting each other.” Bobi said about the meeting.
After which he added that the FDC leader agreed with his statement although he still wants sacrifices to be made for a peaceful understanding.
Bobi Wine later advocated for a free and democratic Uganda where everyone is equal under the law after which he played for him his latest track ‘Situka’.
Ever since he distanced himself from the rest of the artistes who are now branded ‘TREACHEROUS’ towards society, Bobi Wine has emerged as the people’s favorite artiste and today, he continued seeking for more love from the public after visiting incarcerated forum for Democratic Change president Kizza Besigye at his home in Kasangati with his wife Barbie Kyagulanyi.
