Former Miss Uganda and Big Brother Hotshots Ugandan representative Stella Nantumbwe aka Ellah is the brand ambassador for this year’s Abryanz Style & Fashion Awards (Asfas).
Abryanz boss Brian Ahumuza is said to have called Ellah a few weeks ago. The two reached an agreement for the beauty queen to be the face of the annual awards.
“Ellah joins the awards at a time when they are taking a fundamental transition. For starters, the event is shifting to the Kampala Serena Hotel,” Ahumuza told us.
In a statement the organisers released shortly after signing the deal with Ellah, the celebrity stylist said the former BBA housemate will be fronting all major activations for the annual fashion awards.
Meanwhile, Ahumuza also courted Fenon Records to handle the sound, stage and lighting.
In a related development, Ahumuza also hinted on flying in a celebrated foreign musician to headline the December event. Congs Ellah, way to go Brian. This year’s Asfas will take place on December 12 under the theme, Fashion is Freedom.
