Irene Ntale can be described as the most trusted female face in the business currently – at least in the eyes of corporate brands. Irene’s two years in the music industry, are so far characterised with good behaviour; and its getting rewarded greatly.
In the past few months, the Swangz Avenue diva has landed one endorsement deal after the other. From the Don’t Drink and Drive campaign ambassadorial role last year, Ntale was appointed as a replacement for Juliana Kanyomozi as the face of Oriflame East Africa in February. And the latest on our desk is that she has been appointed the Ambition Mission Project ambassador. The project preaches the anti-tobacco gospel and as an ambassador, Irene will advocate against tobacco smoking among the youth.
According to a very reliable source at Swangz Avenue, Irene bagged over Shs100m for her new role. “She received about Shs100m and she is investing almost all of it in her new music video titled Kabugo. The video will be out soon,” a source told us.
Ntale who released her new song and album title song Nzena Nzena, is slated to hold her maiden concert on August 28 at Hotel Africana.
