Much as we are used to the skimpiness of our Ugandan artistes, this came in as another shock from Cindy as she got on stage with torn shorts. She later on apologized to the fans for her challenged shorts, but kept the show going.
Considering the essence of this day, internationally celebrated by women not girls, presence of an international artiste; Cindy you would have known better or perhaps you would have borrowed from your dancers.
