Olive colour trend: Its a subtle green look just like the olive fruit
2014 has definitely been a very colourful year in as far as fashion trends are concerned.
Colours like red, yellow, orange and even white dominated the runways at fashion weeks across the fashion capitals and even on the street styles.
The new entrant to this family is the olive colour.
It’s what I call the more subtle option for the army green.
Olive is a good way to make a fashion statement without causing pain to the eyes of those that see you, but managing to drop a few jaws.
You could choose to go all out, or wear the olive colour on one part of your body or even better; accesorise.
In case you are wondering what colours to match with your olive, white and black is the perfect match here. It complements the olive well enough not to block it out.
For instance, you could complement your all white look with a pair of olive coloured boots.
If you opt to go all olive on your outfit, then you could accesorise with gold or black items.
But at the end of the day, you are free to experiment with other styling options. So do not limit yourself to one colour alone. And yes, it’s a unisex colour trend.
