You have heard him on Radio City FM or watched him as a field presenter for DStv’s Supersport channel. Andrew Kabura is one of Uganda’s Supersport analysts. He has been the field presenter for the Supersport Uganda Super league games and for as regional soccer tourneys like Cecafa, and several other sporting activities that are broadcast by the continental sports channel like Afcon.
But now he has moved up the ranks from a field presenter to a show host. Kabura is now doing the Play Back show that focuses on the Kenya Premier League and other football competitions in Kenya.
He told us that he replaced the show host Chiko Lawi, a Kenyan presenter, who was away on leave. “I worked with Gilbert Selebwa, Salim Ali and Dan Shikanda. They are an amazing team and I was honoured to join them,” Kabura told us. All the best.
